PROVINCIAL NOMINATION DECISIONS AND APPEALS
Provincial Nomination Programs are designed by the Provinces of Canada. If your application for a Nomination Certificate is refused or your Nomination Certificate is revoked, you have the following options:
(a) You may seek a review of the decision by the PNP advisor or Manager. Many Provinces have designed a review or appeal mechanism within the PNP; or
(b) You may also seek a Judicial Review of the Decision in the Supreme or Superior Court of the Province.
There are certain limitations of time that must be followed to seek a review of the decision of the PNP. If you need legal assistance with respect to any decision by the PNP, you can contact our office.
