Harry was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Law in 2002 and thereafter conferred a professional Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004. Upon duly satisfying the accreditation requirements established by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, he obtained a Certificate of Qualification and subsequently pursued legal studies at the University of British Columbia. His professional practice is predominantly concentrated upon contentious proceedings, litigation, and advocacy across the interrelated domains of citizenship and immigration law, criminal law, civil and family law, and administrative law. In the discharge of his professional mandate, he appears as counsel and advances the legal interests of clients in judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative, regulatory, and disciplinary proceedings before the Federal Court of Canada, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Human Rights Commission, the Employment Standards Branch, the Canada Border Services Agency, and various professional disciplinary and regulatory tribunals.
Dale has nearly two decades of legal experience. He has a general practice whereby he represents a wide variety of individual and corporate clients in many areas of law. He approaches each matter with full attention and dedication and not only aims to advance your interests, but also exceed your expectations.
Renu had been serving immigration needs of her clients from over a decade as a certified immigration consultant before becoming a lawyer and expand her area of law practice. Renu attended the Faculty of Law, Bond University, Australia to obtain Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Upon return to Canada, Renu obtained a certificate of qualification from Federation of Law Societies of Canada. She articled with Liberty Law Corporation (LLC) and called to the Bar and decided to become part of the LLC. Apart from a law degree, Renu also has master’s degree in computer applications. Renu represents clients in areas of Citizenship and Immigration Law, Family Law and Administrative Law and, appear for clients before the Federal Court of Canada, Supreme Court of British Columbia, Provincial Court of British Columbia, Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and Canada Border Services Agency. When not practicing law, Renu loves to spend time with her family.
Danish immigrated to Canada at a young age and grew up in Canada, completing his schooling before going on to earn a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia. He pursued his legal education abroad, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Faculty of Law at Bond University in Australia. Upon returning to Canada, Danish received his certificate of qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, articled with Liberty Law Corporation, and was called to the Bar before joining the firm as an Associate Lawyer.
A genuinely keen learner, Danish is committed to continually deepening his knowledge of the law and staying at the forefront of his practice. Outside the office, he can be found on the basketball court, taking long walks in nature, or spending quality time with his family.
